Where is the Church located?

What time does worship start?
Sundays at 10 am
What time does service end?
Typically between 11:00 and 11:15am, with coffee and fellowship hour following.
What kind of music can I expect?
Hymns, choral and contemporary music, accompanied by piano, or guitar, or a small band. We aim for a variety each service.
What should I wear?
Wear what you are comfortable with. You'll see folks in hawaiian shirts and EWU gear, jeans and dresses, and even costumes on occasion! Casual clothing, including jeans and t-shirts, are welcome.
Is there something for my children?
YES! We have both a Children's Church (we call it "Sunday Experience") and a Nursery room with child care provided during worship. Sometimes we keep everyone together, especially for fun themed services.

 We are a bunch of United Methodists who love each other, who like to laugh about ourselves, and who have the heart to serve others.
Cheney United Methodist Church is a congregation that is truly open, welcoming, and inviting.
We are folks who have discovered life is much more interesting when everyone is not just alike.
We don’t have all the answers, but we are getting better at asking questions  of God, the Bible, and especially ourselves.
We take the Bible very seriously but not always literally (there are wonderful stories, allegories and parables, and poems in the Bible), and we encourage everyone to engage in their own process of investigation.
