Everything [in] Between: shouting & silence | Damian Carruthers | April 13, 2025

Palm Sunday is a day of contrast and conviction. It’s the day we remember a parade unlike any other—a humble yet bold procession into Jerusalem. A crowd gathered, some shouting with joy, waving palm branches and crying “Hosanna!” Others watched in silence, uncertain or skeptical. And Jesus? He welcomed it all—saying even the stones would cry out if the people kept quiet.

Palm Sunday holds space for both the noise and the stillness, for our joy and our doubts. It invites us to step into that tension and take our place in the story.
